Jamie was are sales person and he was excellent..I would till all my friends to us Jamie he has gone out of his way coming in on his day off to make thing right. .what an excellent emploee you have.

Good place

Good...but...I was told the time to complete the service on my vehicle would be 2 hours...it took over 3 hours...would have been nice to have been told that up front...

Great customer service, quick service

The service department was ready when I arrived. My works service package was completed within an hour. Everyone is courteous. Robert Horne Ford treats people like family.

Retired

David the service manager was very cordial and friendly. He got us in right on time and answered any questions we had. The waiting area was well stocked with coffee, donuts, TV, newspaper etc. to make our wait very pleasant.

Excellent Ford dealership

I was very pleased with service you did on my truck. It purred like a kitten all the way back to Iowa. 1,511 miles. Had one issue when fueling it one time the gas gage did not show full, but as we went down the road it did move to the full mark and after that no problems. I just wish I would of brought it to you in the beginning. Now I know where you are and you will service my vehicles if needed when I return to Arizona. Thank you for such good service Dave. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and the service rep that made my appointment was called and came out to greet me immediately. My car was taken back and I only had a short time to wait until it was done. The service was superb!
