Great experience buying my RAM

Salesman was great to deal with. I would have liked a bit more for my trade in but the price on the ecodiesel was so good that I didn?t even try haggling.

Airbag Recall

All I see hear mostly are negative feed backs, I would be ashamed if I were you guys at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge asking for feed backs and getting this stuff. I have to say the same hear. Took my 04 ram in Saturday morning for a passenger airbag recall and was promised a call later in the day and never hear back from them. Monday comes around and I asked them why didn't I receive a call ! and they lied to my face and said they left me a message around 4pm. I have to say ! with todays technology that wasn't a very smart thing to say.

2007 Nissan Frontier

The buying process was very good and easy. The salesman was very determined to satisfy my expectations. There was never any high pressure and all my questions were answered promptly and in detail.Very satisfied.

standard maintenance

Renee R. is very helpful each time I go in for service or repairs on my vehicle. I been requesting him each time I go to dealership since I bought my car several years back. He is very helpful and always friendly, he seems to enjoy his work and that makes customer service extremely pleasant. (I went in for regular maintenance, oil change & tire rotation)

Sheila Simpson

Was not satisfied with the work that was done on my tires. All but one Hub Cap was put on wrong squishing the tire tube for air. Did not notice it till I was washing my van.

Rodney King Dodge Ram 1500 V8 4X4

Jason Shayan was the sales person I worked with and did an outstanding job in showing me a various options that fit my vision of the vehicle I wanted purchase for my daughter's 16th birthday. He was patient and not the stereo typical pushy salesman. I laid out my parameters and time frame and worked within those guidelines. He never was discouraged when I would show up a couple of times test driving various vehicles and talking on the phone about various options without ne buying a vehicle immediately. Most would have probably would be discouraged, but for his patience and providing the customer service is the main reason I really wanted to buy a vehicle from AutonNation. Others wasn't as patient and so I was determined that we could find the vehicle and a deal that worked for all of us. And we did.

i purchased a low mileage good condition jeep several persons asked where i got the new jeep and i told them it was a 2015!
