Pathetic
Tried to buy a $70k truck. Called dealer and went over everything. He said he found it and told me it would be in on Friday. I showed up and it wasn’t even ordered. After finding another truck with them I was told it would be there next day. Made appt and they called the next day to confirm. I showed up and no truck. Told it would be Monday or Tuesday. I called Tuesday and they told me he would check and call right back. Now it’s Thursday and no call. My drive is 45 mins to them but they cannot be bothered. They just want to sell what is on there lot. I am so disappointed that I’m now going to buy at another dealership that is 2 hours away. at least they call back and keep you informed

Worst Service Center! Scam Artists
This is by far the worst service center, ever! They authorize payments to third parties, with out your knowledge, then tell you they won't release your vehicle unless you pay! I have audio recorded of my personal dealings with these crooks. I have filed with the BBB. They have their damage control come in after reviews are posted, saying the same thing, apologizing about " your experience " and telling you to contact GM. Which is useless, all he does is say "it is a service issue, let me transfer you to the director", who was absolutely no help and the service manager "Kara" is a half-wit! They should be put out of business! #autonation @autonation

Purchase of 2015 Jeep gc.
Purchase vehicle from out of state. Papers were sent out 4 days late. Sales manager seemed angry when I called to follow up. Sales agent said vehicle would be delivered and when sale was complete the agent said she could not deliver. I asked for a spare key to be made 4 days prior to vehicle pick up and the order was processed after the pick up time. After waiting 1.5 hour for the key it was determined the only key in stock was malfunctioning.

Stay clear of AutoNation Dodge in Spring!
What a horrid experience with AutoNation Dodge even before walking into the dealership. I'm interested in the 2019 Ram 1500 but both the sales rep and her manager made false promises to me about an incentive offered to new customers. I'd rather take my business to another Dodge dealer if this is how they service new potential customers wow!
