great overall turn around just wish i could get my wheel lock key back so i dont have to go buy another. called up to service department next day was told i would be called back and yet to be called 3 weeks later. have appoint for 90k schedule in feb but wont be attending if this isnt corrected other then that i was happy with everything.

No service after sell.
Nine hours total between my first and only two service visits. Service was performed improperly both times. Decided to take it back second time rather than fix it myself like first visit. Also refused to fix warranty issues both times. With a piece of trim. Can only imagine when I have real problems. Purchased band new from same dealer with platinum extended warranty.

I brought my truck in for a simple oil change and inspection the maintenance guys completed the required maintenance in a reasonable amount of time. What I was not happy about was it took over 15 minutes for me to get my truck released to me from when it was brought out front. Also the plastic and paper mat was left for me to cleanup

Someone hit my car yesterday. I reached out to Dodge in Spring. I got Kevin in service he stated I could bring the car in I did just that he got me in an out. I really would appreciate it he showed excellent service.
