Why I purchased my Infiniti from Alexandria

This Infiniti dealership was the best one I had gone to. I have attempted to work with two other dealership's and this one was the best.

Excellent customer service.

This dealership proved excellent customer service. I had a problem starting my vehicle. I went to the dealership without an appointment, they gave me a loaner for the weekend and on Monday had the problem fixed. I recommend this dealership.

Amazing Experience

I had an amazing experience with Jayda! Went to Passport Infiniti of Alexandria on a recommendation and was delighted with the service I received. Jayda took time to understand what I was looking for and worked around the clock to put me in the right vehicle. I wasn't to excited about the initial vehicles that were presented but she did not stop working to make sure I was satisfied. She was able to get me into a Q50 sport with the perfect interior and exterior colors. I'm loving this car the more and more I drive it. Thank you to Jayda, Brian and Moses! You guys are awesome. Look forward to working with you in the future!

Pleasant and Painless

The Passport Infiniti service team and especially Joe Pallante were all very professional, courteous and efficient. The service scheduling process was quick and easy and Joe and his team were expecting my arrival. He assessed the time required for my service and he was 100% spot on. The whole process was very professional and painless. It is why I continue to lease and service my cars with Passport Infiniti.

Passport Infiniti of Alexandria, VA

Bought my 2006 Infiniti M45 new at Passport Infiniti, and I love the product, the buying experience, and the overall service I've received over the years. I just recently took my vehicle in for a product recall (having to do with the airbag), and as usual, the service staff were courteous, efficient, and professional. They got me in, provided me with a rental, and called when my car was ready - no hassles. Great job, Passport.
