Outstanding Service

My experiences with Passport infinity has always been outstanding. They employ knowledgeable service personnel with great customer service skills. Scheduling service on your schedule never a problem. They always go out of their way to accommodate your needs. This is by far the best dealership I?ve ever come to know.

Great experience

I just leased a new car from Passport Infiniti and the experience was excellent. When I test drove vehicles, they had both cars I wanted to try available for test drives. They were knowledgeable about the pros/cons of each car and provided great explanations of the features. The buying process was very efficient, and the price was great. I would recommend visiting Passport if you are in the market for a new/used Infiniti.

Any other dealership is a waste of your time!

Couldn?t of dreamt of a better experience! My husband and I were assisted by Remi and Moses. They truly care about the customers and will spend every second with you to get you what you want at the price that you want it at. Remi, our sales representative was absolutely amazing. We respect and appreciate how hard he worked to meet our financial needs and included us every step of the way. He is by far the their best rep. and was such a pleasure to work with. Moses, a manager at Passport Infinity was also extreamly helpful and incredible with customers. He really cares and focuses on you as a person not just a sale. Definitely choose Passport Infinity and ask for Remi and Moses. It?s the best decision we?ve ever made! My husband and I will be lifetime customers and highly recommend Passport Infinity!

Best Customer Service By Far!

My husband and I could not be happier with our experience at Passport Infiniti. Remi Bamidele, our sales representative literally spent all day with us doing everything he could to get us where we wanted/needed to be given our financial situation and he was just so incredible with absolutely everything from the time we walked in, to the moment we drove off in our brand new Qx50! Moses also stepped in and over-exceeded our Customer Service expectations as well. He is an incredible manager and made what we felt was completely impossible actually happen. We’ve been to about every dealership imaginable in multiple locations and would never deal with anyone else but Remi and Moses. My husband and I will be lifetime Passport Infinity customers.

Lifetime Passport Customer

Give the top notch customer service of Kevin and JC, I can't see myself getting my car serviced by anyone else. Trust is so important in the service experience and I definitely have it with Passport.

Most incredible buying experience in my life!

We recently purchased our first "luxury vehicle" from Passport Infiniti in Alexandria. It was an incredible experience. From the first telephone contact, to arriving at the dealership, to the actual sale and financing process, everything was smooth like butter. There was no "high pressure" or any of those type tactics. The team (and I say team because that is how they work at Passport, like a well-oiled machine) listened to what our wants and needs were, and worked with us. The price we agreed and accepted was at least $1K less than a local, nearby competitor. Now, where the real test comes in...how was Passport after the sale? Incredible. We purchased a "demo" model so it had about 1,300 miles on it, so there were some blemishes that needed to be addressed, which Passport did, without argument or comment. In fact, in the words (paraphrasing) of the Sales Manager, "We sold you a new car and that is what you will get, a new car in new condition." I'm not sure if this is how "the other half" lives, but this was an incredible experience; markedly, the best sales experience I have ever had (and at almost 53 years old, I have purchased over 20 new vehicles in my years). Go to Passport, tell them what you want-they WILL listen, and let them handle your sale experience.

A+ experience

I had the pleasure of working with Glenda on my new Q60. She is extremely professional and has exceptional customer service. I actually drove 124 miles to this dealership because of the prompt, straight forward, and accurate feedback from the staff. The GM Brian introduced himself very early on in the sales process and made sure I was completely satisfied with the whole Sales process. This is my second car from Passport in 10 years. Excellent service, price, quality cars. Don?t bother to shop anywhere else.

uneasy feeling

I drove 120 miles to this dealership because it was one of the few Infiniti dealers within a 150 mile radius from my hometown. Jayda was fine to work with. She was pleasant and courteous. I got the feeling everyone else was being rather snobby or indifferent. I would have thought I was the perfect example of the type of customer they would be happy to have ... excellent credit rating, trading in a Cadillac,etc. They kept telling me everything I would NOT be given ... such as the "very generous trade-in value" I was told I would receive (they offered me the same price as the other dealer I went to and less than a second dealer). I was told the price of the car was non-negotiable. Had I not been willing to pay the advertised price when I arrived, I would have turned around and walked out. I understand that they want a certain amount for each automobile they sell ... but to be so blatantly rude about it, when I didn't even begin to haggle? I found this very odd. I did purchase my auto there but doubt I will ever go back. I would have given a much lower rating if Jayda hadn't beed so nice.

Infiniti Alexandria

This Infiniti dealership was the best one I had gone to. I have attempted to work with five other dealership's and this one was the best.
