Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I had previously purchased a brand new jeep from here (and had all service done here for it as well) and everyone was so nice. However, I recently traded it in for my dream jeep which was a tuscadero pink wrangler. I didn’t purchase this one through them as it wasn’t available there or I would’ve. 2 months into owning it the shocks went out, I immediately set up an appointment with GDJR of Gurnee and was in that same week to get it fixed. They had the parts and were able to do it the same day. My service tech was so friendly, so kind and wonderful and kept me up to date. No issues. Highly recommend!

I just bought my JL wrangler and needed service for the first time. They took care took are of the issue and I'm pleased.

I went in for an oil change and a brake inspection. Everyone was polite and quick to help. They performed the service quickly without issues and reported that the brake pads had a little life left in them before they needed to be replaced. The also washed my jeep before they finished.

We had a tire fall off our car on 294. Called this dealer out of the blue late in the afternoon. The person that took care of us, Danny, was a huge help. We had the car towed to them and he handled everything. It took about 10 days to get all the parts, but their work was excellent, and the final bill was slightly less than what had been quoted. Thanks Danny!
