Great service. They went above and beyond to work with me to get my windshield fixed and ensured there was no issues. They are friendly and are easy to work with

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for the warrantee

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for the warrantee repairs of corrosion on the hood. A no brainer since it was authorized by Jeep as a recall. They drug the feet for months on "approval" and getting me an appointment and after 7 months and several calls I finally walk into the dealer and they say I have never been there and they have no record. 2 weeks prior the rep looked my Jeep up in the system and said he would get an answer by Friday, when I got no call I went in and suddenly I've never been a customer. Found out they don't make money of recalls so they chose not to do them, would have been easier to just tell me that, I would have gone elsewhere.

Top Notch-solid service/price💰/professional

Doug Adams is the man 🙌🏼 Solid service and he worked me early despite the recent snow storm just to accommodate my schedule. He also caught some much needed routine maintenance I missed. Don’t be hesitant on using a dealership for service…solid experience once again.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Don't waste your time buying a vehicle there. The general manager named Alex doesn't give a xxxx. The assistant store manager, Austin is useless. They are more interested in the next sale. Going on 3 months later and they've failed to submit the paperwork for the title of the new vehicle I purchased. They are so unorganized they don't even know what vehicles they have on their lot. Drove 2 hours to find out the vehicle I was told was there 3 times had been totaled 3 days prior to my arrival. The only thing this dealership is good at is making excuses. I will never be back and I hope you make the smart decision to never purchase for Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. TALK ABOUT BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Sincerely wish that a rating of zero was an option

Sincerely wish that a rating of zero was an option because that is what I would rate this dealership. I am almost 60 years old and have bought over 30 vehicles both new and used over my lifetime. I have never worked with such an incompetent dealership that lies and has zero commitment to their customers! Customer service at this dealership is nonexistent. Back story: Looked at the website found a new jeep that fit what I was looking for and called the dealership. Asked questions about the vehicle and advised that I would call back if I decided to drive an hour to look at it. Called back told them I was heading their way and asked them to pull it up front. Did also confirm it was still available and was told it indeed was. Arrived at the dealership and was told that vehicle was totaled 3 days prior. Was this a huge misrepresentation / bait and switch? Certainly, feels like it. I did end up buying a new vehicle. It is now over 2 months since the purchase and still no title or plates. Upon contacting Austin, the assistant GM at the dealership without any research he blamed the delay on the state of WI saying that they are backed up. I contacted the state of WI to find out the dealership has never sent in the vehicle paperwork. Dealers in the state of IL have 20 days to get the paperwork sent or they are in violation. Sadly, upon calling the dealership back and sharing the paperwork was never sent in there was not even so much as an apology. Could have cared less. It’s been, lies, excuse after excuse and the un around. The current temporary plate expires in 3 weeks and the dealership told me I needed to call the state of IL to extend it. I asked for their help as their customer and the GM Alex told me no. I asked for the owner of the dealerships contact information and was told no. Asked that he have the owner call me and of course no call back. I will never be back, nor would I recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! Please think twice before visiting this dealership as I assumed this was a very reputable dealership that sadly turned out to a huge disappointment and time consumption to have to chase down what I paid them to do. Buyer beware!

Saddened by the generic reply. Who exactly is "us"? I have made every effort to work with your dealership. I am not a fan of writing negative reviews. I have spoken to the GM Alex and sadly he had an attitude and offered no help. The sale is done so it's apparent I am in the rearview mirror. I have still yet to receive a call from the owner of the dealership as requested. I was charged a wheel tax in error that is not applicable to Walworth Co, WI. I have reached out to Mark Gottlieb your FI guy and zero response and also the salesperson Steven again zero response. How can I get that money back please. Not certain how this dealership stays in business. Upon further research that are so many negative reviews, so my experience sadly is by no means unique.

My experience at this dealership is consistently good. Fast, efficient, helpful! Douglas makes me feel comfortable in explaining issues that may come up from time to time.
