WELL HANDLED SALE

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE KIA SORRENTO WE BOUGHT. JOE ROSETTI WAS VERY THOROUGH IN HANDLING THE PAPERWORK AND TRANSFER OF MY TRADE IN. THE V6 IS THE ANSWER FOR MY NEEDS AND MY FAMILY LOVES IT.

always excellent service

I purchased my kia 1 year ago and have been so happy with the service i recieve .They are very quick and always friendly,Especially Michelle Gerdon.I cant find one fault about the place.Keep up the good work and Thank you Michelle!!

Excellent service department and friendly staff

Went into dealer to get usual oil change and unfortunately my car was part of a large recall. Car was tested and passed without any problems. Was in and out of service in no time thanks to service employee Michele G. who kept me posted every step of the way. The complementary fresh car wash was nice touch to drive away on a nice Friday afternoon.

My salesman was Derek, and he was excellent - helpful, courtesy and very honest. I really appreciated that he did not try to hard sell me, and just gave me the info I needed to make a decision. The finance manager was also friendly and easy to deal with.

Great Service

I took my 2016 Sorento to have it inspected. I received a great reception and service from Michele Gerdon. As usual, she was able to forecast the completion time within minutes. She was very courteous and businesslike. I have been dealing with the service department for about five years and since Michele joined the department, there has been a marked improvement in the service that is delivered.

Always pleased!

I brought my car in for an inspection, new tires, and fuel injection service. As always the service was excellent. Michele Gerdon as always was great, she walked me through all the details. EASY CAR LEASING EXPERIENCE

WENT INTO KIA EAST MEADOW TO INQUIRE ABOUT CAR LEASES...LEFT A FEW HOURS LATER WITH MY BRAND NEW 2017 KIA OPTIMA. THE EXPERIENCE WAS PAINLESS AND THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT..JOSEPH ROSSETTI. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND THIS DEALERSHIP. I FELT THAT I GOT A FAIR DEAL, AND THEY WORKED WITH ME ON THE PRICE. DID NOT PUSH THE EXTRAS. GAP INSURANCE AND 2 YEARS OF SERVICE WERE INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA COST. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM, AND WOULD GO BACK AGAIN FOR FUTURE CARS.

Carbuyer

Joseph Rossetti was my sales consultant. Knowledgeable and polite. Answered all my questions and there was no pressure. Also I got a great deal because of him. Much better than was expected. He also assured me after I made my purchase that if I had any further questions to just come in or call. Glad I had Joe as my sales consultant.

Excellent service!

I brought my car in for routine service. The entire staff are all very friendly and helpful. I deal directly with Michele Gerdin who is exceptional!
