I just recently went to Autoworld to lease my first new vehicle. I called and made an appointment ahead of time. Ernesto was very nice and honest with me. Showed me all the features of the 2017 Kia Soul. After typical dealership negotiation, we settled on a price and I am very happy with the vehicle, and service plan.

I was so lucky that she jumped up as I walked in. She made this a very pleasant experience for me. This was the first time I did this. She explained everything and worked with me and my budget!! She is definitely and asset to the company. I love my car. I would recommend my friends to shop there. They have a large selection of cars and everyone is nice. I even colored at her desk!! lol Refreshingly a great experience!!

When I walked in there 2 years ago I was literally puttering in with a car on its last leg TY saved me fron ruins got me into a new car with average credit after 2 years i went back to trade in and Joe Rosetti was there to help me he got me into the car that I really wanted these guys are Honest good hard working people who genuinely can be trusted I love this place and the people I wouldnt go anywhere else Thanks again Joe and Ty you really are the best!!!!! Joe Rossetti was very patient with my son and I when we came in to buy a used car. My son was not sure which car he wanted in the price range he could afford. Joe took him on several test drives and made sure he was happy with the car he chose. Joe was very friendly and made purchasing the car a very easy transition for him. I recommend everyone to ask for Joe! He is the best!! Ty was also wonderful with the financial part of purchasing the car!

When visiting Kia I was very happy with the excellent help that was given to me, by my sales person Joseph Rossetti. He knew after talking to me and my husband for a little bit he knew what I wanted and didn't want. I walked out of there with the car I wanted and the color. I had a great experience when I had to have my Kia Sorrento serviced. I was there around 10am in Feburary. I was out within a reasonable time frame...Michele Gerdon was so helpful and explained everything to me and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this center and especially working with Michele....

My wife and I are very happy with the extremely helpful assistance we received from Joe Varricchio when we turned in our leased 2015 Sorento and replaced it with a leased 2017 Sorento. Joe patiently answered all our questions and guided us through the complicated process and let us make our own decisions without applying any pressure.
