Went to Autoworld KIA after looking at all the deals from many dealers online. Matthew Olive was our sales consultant and did a fantastic job of educating me and my wife on the features of the KIA Optima EX. I was interested in purchasing. We test drove the car and Matthew again was helpful in explaining all the new safety features, sound system, etc. Matt made our car purchase a smooth and enjoyable experience. When it came to delivery, he took as much time as we needed to go over all the car features again, so we could feel secure driving off the lot. THANKS Matt!

The original salesperson I dealt with was nice, helpful and knew his products, but a bit immature. I was there to buy a car and we had a last minute hitch on the price. He got huffy and loud. While leaving I was trying to give him an opportunity to potentially secure my business by shaking my hand, which he refused. He called me the next day, but it was too late. Joe V. to the rescue, Joe called me, he was able to work with me to negotiate out the hitch and secure my order. Joe is customer focused and even keeled. Call backs were always done. He spent time with my wife explaining how to use all of the new technology built into the car. KUDOS!!! Tyrone was also a please to work with.

Joe V recently sold me my 2016 Kia Optima and I have to say he was great! Very understanding of my situation and he worked with me to get me the payments that fit my budget. I would recommend this dealership and salesperson to everyone!!!!
