I just leased a new KIA Optima Turbo from Joseph Rossetti at the East Meadow location. Joseph was extremely helpful in providing details as to the car, features and overall experience with the vehicle. I found him to be extremely professional, personable, thorough, patient and knowledgeable of his product. Joseph didn't come across overly pushy nor overbearing with phone calls as i needed a few to make my final decision having other non KIA cars as serious lease options. In addition, I am confident i negotiated a solid lease deal for myself and didn't find Joseph impatient nor get frustrated offering a number of MY offers to his executive management sales team. Only negative was the showroom could be more modern and cleaner but the coffee was great :) I would refer Joseph to friends and contemporaries that are seeking a new purchase and or lease of a new KIA vehicle.
