Just really fantastic

Carlos was great. From the minute I walked in the door with my son I felt so taken care of. Never pressured or pushed. They heard all of my needs in a car and just took me in the right direction. So helpful with explaining everything even right down to the smallest detail with finance. I felt very much at ease and would really never go anywhere else. You all have great sense when working with the public. Your staff is top of the line. I would say that all dealers should take a lesson from McGrath. Thank you so much for everything.

Oil Change, Transfer case and transmission fluid change.

Very good communications and provided the service that was recommended in the amount of time as promised. Service Advisor Mike Castro is excellent in explaining what needs to be done and the cost of the needed repairs prior to any work being started.

Everything was handled well and quickly

The service rep was courteous and investigated all the issues with my Odyssey along with doing the scheduled maintenance for the vehicle. The process was smooth and went pretty quick.

Service visit

I am always greeted in a courteous and professional manner by the service team. Even when I am taken care of by one member, another member would see me from a previous visit and come up to me and ask me how I am doing. The sales team would also do this if they see me in the waiting area. They are very thorough when my vehicle is serviced, and point out discrepancies, but there is no pressure. I wouldn't even think of bringing my vehicle to another dealer!

Brought in for oil change and check emissions light

The dealer got it right the second time. Service manager corrected problem the next day when emissions light came back on had to replace catalytic converter and emission pump

Oil Change and Tire Rotation

Quick and friendly service! I was greeted immediately when I pulled my truck in. The advisor asked if I had any concerns and inquired whether I needed a ride somewhere. He even followed me to the parking lot when he realized I accidentally forgot my phone in the truck. The service was done quickly and I received a follow up phone call letting me know it was ready. Very happy with St. Charles McGrath!

Painless

I was "checked in" by Esteban. I sat in the waiting room for some TV, Had a couple of hot chocolate drinks and about 55 minutes Esteban came in and went over a list of all the checks done to my car besides the oil change.. All is well !!

It was an excellent service

I drove in and I was greeted and attended right away the service advisor was very helpful and kind and the sales representative was very clear and helpful as well. The service was quick and clean and I would most definitely come back

Juan Dorado took great care of my car. They are very knowledgeable and timely in their service dept. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Recommendation with qualifiers

Hi, Although the service McGrath provides is great, I am getting priced out of their services. Lately, it seems that every time I bring in one of our cars for scheduled service, McGrath comes back with a list of $600 of additional services needed. I then take that list to an independent center for a "2nd" opinion on what needs to be done and save money along the way. Recently McGrath said we had a leak in our spool valve & it needed to be replaced. The independent center found no such leak. Also, McGrath used to provide service coupons on their site so that I could save 15-20% on services. There is nothing available, but McGrath Elgin does post coupons. Why is that? Thanks
