My family and I worked with Aldo and his manager Mario. We came in not sure of what to expect and really having to buy a car due to a terrible car accident. We were able to test drive two types of SUV’s, and we were met with a lot of patience and respect. This process is stressful as it is but Aldo and Mario were able to help us out. We had a bit of an issue with the interim manager, with disrespectful language, and tone. He seemed to interfere in the middle of our deal, and Aldo had to grab Mario before things escalated. After we were able to smooth things out with Mario, we purchased our vehicle and are very happy with the service, the pricing, and with McGrath Honda of St. Charles.

Had a great experience with sales professional Darek Smorczewski. Darek showed great patience as we made this difficult decision. We rolled out of there in a brand new 2022 Honda CR-V EX which we just love! Thanks for everything Darek!

I would stay from this place, i dont think this place lives up to McGrath brand. Inquired about a vehicle and spoke with Justine in Sales. Was told the vehicle is available, i asked for some additional details, i get no call or message back. I call again in an hour and same thing, i asked if the car can be washed and pulled into a service bay for me too look and was told ‘absolutely yes’. I drive in 45 miles and give them another courtesy call as i am 10min away. I get told it will be ready. I show up and the car is sitting under sheets of ice. To top things off, they were already working with a customer on this vehicle and had zero courtesy to inform me when i called them 3 times. Tom the manager told me thats how it works.

Yvette Colon was really helpful, friendly and provided deatiled information based on our needs for a new vehicle. She was not pushy at all, but willing to answer our questions. We finally closed the deal and get our new car with my favorite color.

Very pushy and there price wasn’t what they posted on there website. Tried to charge 4000 more in taxes

After looking at so many dealerships,it was a pleasant surprise to go to McGrath Honda.I walked into their St Charles dealerships a very busy Saturday and Leo stopped what he was doing and helped me find the right car.Leo even went to another lot to find me car. He never once pressured me and was always above board. I have never had such a good experience at a dealership! Thanks Leo, when I look for another car I definitely will go back to McGrath Honda.
