I recently traded in my 2017 Honda Ridgeline for a new 2022 Ridgeline at McGrath Honda of St. Charles. The deal I received was great (especially given today's tight market), and the dealer staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and courteous: Akria Shibata (New Car Sales Manager), Jose Espinosa, (Sales Representative), and David G, (Finance Manager). It was a great buying experience (dealer and vehicle), and I highly recommend this dealer.

I drove a hour and a half to this dealership to look at a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL because it was priced good for the low miles that were on it. Everything went pretty good and I left with the vehicle about 3 hours later. On the way home I heard a noise coming from the passenger side rear wheel that I thought might be tire noise or from the road. Two days later I took it to a mechanic where I live and they told me it was a bad wheel bearing. Now I know the dealerships shop should of caught this before putting it on the lot, but they want me to drive it all the way back there so they can inspect it instead of taking my word for it! I didnt buy their $1500 dollar warranty so its going to be $550 out of my pocket! Pretty sad how a big Honda dealer treats someone not from the area!! Lesson learned, stay away from Chicago area dealers!!

I purchased my 2021 Honda Accord from McGrath Honda of St Charles. I was looking for one for a while and no one seemed to have the color I wanted. I stopped in the dealership and told them what I was looking for. There was a wait, but Nate P. explained the situation and what they can do. I was shocked to find out they could have it in weeks. With the car market being the way that it is lately, I was amazed. They had it ready for me for a test drive a couple weeks later. They advised me that it was in and I scheduled a test drive with Jose E. Jose was a complete pro. Made me feel like a VIP. Nate P worked up the numbers and I was very happy with the pricing they offered. It was well below what I was hearing from other dealerships. Needless to say I made the purchase. The GM Dustin J made it a point to meet with me and make sure the transaction went as smooth as possible. Been getting compliments on the car ever since.
