Preston has been excellent. He ensured to deliver above and beyond on everything I requested (detail, tire plugs, etc). As a team at Eastern motors, I’d advice ensuring everyone is clear about what documents are needed so that you advice clients efficiently to be prepared for the financing process. I was told by a finance manager and 2 sales associates that all I would need to bring was my id and proof of insurance which was not true. Thankfully I was prepared and brought pay stubs.

Yoooo, her locs are fire!!!! Really though, her professionalism is above the norm. She reall went out of her way to help a coworker of mines. She is very patient and kind.
