Kevin Lewis Review Baltimore Store

Mr. Lewis was very pleasant and professional to work with. He helped me to get exactly the car I wanted! He was patient and excellent with my son while we waited. I was shocked that he was a recent addition to the Easterns Group, he knew exactly what I needed to get through what could have been a lengthy process. I felt comfortable knowing that he worked hard to assist me with leaving with a car. I wish more car dealers had sales persons that were so personable and accommodating. I will definitely refer my friends and family to come see Mr. Lewis. I can see Mr. Lewis going far with your dealership! I look forward to working with him on my next purchase!

Stacey Torney's Review 8/13

Stacey greeted me as soon as I walked in and welcomed us over to her desk. We gave her the run down and she went back and worked her magic with the magic maker and in the meantime she was fun and good with conversation. She has a great personality and made the 6 hours of waiting not as painful as it could've been. The car was brought right up to me for the test drive which we did in the rain. If it wasn't raining I would've liked to have went on a longer drive just to get a better feel for the car. Only thing I had the slightest negative feeling towards was how I wasn't given a selection that I could make my own decision from... the first car they brought up ended up being the car I purchased. The next day I asked about more options (because the way the car drove, I wasn't used to and wanted something with more power). When I arrived I was simply told it would just bring me up another hundred dollars on monthly payments. They knew I was worried about my payments though so I settled for that answer. The only other thing is I had wanted to get the old stereo out of my car and replace it with the previous one but by the time I got here to try and have someone meet me here to remove it the person taking it from the lot was already here to take the car. I had mentioned at the point of sale that was a concern of mine, something I really wanted to do, but in the end I didn't have time to retrieve the stereo from the old vehicle. (My boyfriend is going to be pretty mad about that.) But all in all it wasn't a horrible buying experience and if I could keep Stacey as my salesman forever, I totally would!
