Lonnie, Justin, and Nassir went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests. Nassir, in particular, listened attentively to my needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect car for me. Their patience and understanding throughout the entire process made it so much easier. I never felt rushed or pressured, which is often the case at other dealerships. From my first visit to the final paperwork, they made the entire process simple and straightforward. They took the time to explain every detail, making sure I was comfortable and confident in my decisions. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority! Naasir, my sales representative, was knowledgeable , professional, and respectful of my time. Approach is everything while trying to make a deal. Naasir delivered exceptional service throughout the whole process. Lonnie Hanna, the GM, stepped in to introduce himself for the final stage, bringing this whole deal together. Couldn’t help myself in bits laughing out loud.. Would suggest less time fantasizing about superheroes more time selling cars at least give yourself a chance and Stick to what you’re good at

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I had a very disappointing experience with Hi-Line Autohaus. We agreed on a trade-in price and discussed multiple times the trade in value for our car, and I even confirmed it with their notary before signing the documents. However, when I went to sign, the agent distracted us while talking about insurance coverage and did not give us time to read the contracts as we were signing. We did not receive a copy of the contract and we were assured that everything was OK. I was told that I would get a cash refund for some of the trade in value of my old car, but after waiting weeks without getting it, I went back to see what was the matter. When I arrived, I was told that I would not get any refund. When I pressed further, they finally provided me a copy of the contract, and I saw that it had a much lower price for the trade in than what we had agreed upon. This felt like an intentional distraction tactic, and I feel deceived. I would caution anyone dealing with this dealership to be very careful when signing documents. The most disappointing part is that, after I looked up reviews, I found out that I wasn’t the only one they’ve tricked. This company that I thought was reputable turned out to be full of scammers preying on trusting customers. A dealership should provide support, transparency, and respect, but all I got was dishonesty and manipulation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Don’t make the same mistake I did and get caught up in their deceptive practices. I strongly encourage anyone thinking about visiting to read reviews and reconsider. The last thing you want is to be deceived like I was.

We were sorry to hear that your experience with our dealership wasn't a great one. We strive to provide a World Class Experience to each of our clients. Therefore, we have reviewed all the facts and documents carefully. We found that the amount you were hoping to receive for your trade-in was noted. However, following a physical trade inspection and before the final documents were signed it was noted that your vehicle needed (4) tires, brakes (front as well as rear), and routine maintenance. Thus, we were not able to accommodate your Trade-in value request. The Final Bill of Sale, NC Installment Contract, and all supporting documents all with a lesser than requested Trade-in value were signed by you as well as your Co-Buyer. With just the initial Retail Installment Contract, you and your Co-Buyer signed a minimum of 8 different locations accepting the terms fully disclose to you. In addition, neither is it customary nor did we see any notations about refunds due after the purchase.
