Rich at Hi-Line Autohaus was great to work with! I submitted an inquiry online and was quickly contacted. I did my research and found that Hi-Line Autohaus has the best vehicles and best prices in the city. Once I found the vehicle I was interested in, we set up a time for a test drive. The whole experience was 1st class with no haggling and no gimmicks. The financing process was easy, also. At no point did I feel like I was being sold on anything, I saw the vehicle I desired and the best price I could find. The whole experience was fantastic and I, for sure, will be referring my family and friends to Hi-Line Autohaus in the future! Big THANK YOU to Rich, Matt and the whole team!!

My initial contact with the dealership was with Emanuel Jackson and I must say that Emanuel lived up to the "good first impression" status, which in turn has left a lasting positive impression on my experience with this dealership. He came across very caring, professional and attentive to my car buying needs. He was not overly aggressive or "pushy", but was consistently maintaining a great level of contact and communication. He remained true to my needs, while also offering me other possible alternatives that he thought I might like. I think all of these attributes make a "good" sales person. Overall, I would recommend him for your car buying needs.

Emanuel was very helpful during the car buying process and I hope we have the opportunity to do business with him and with Hi-Line again in the future.

We tried to purchase a vehicle a couple weeks ago from the dealership. We were not successful. Due to a communication error, the vehicle was sold before we could retrieve it. I left a negative review out of frustration due to the fact that I had taken off work and already booked a hotel and was on the road. The dealership called us and informed us the car was sold as soon as he found out. He offered for us to come anyway and look at his other vehicles. We declined as it was an 11 hour drive and our daughter had her heart set on the one we were after. The dealer was extremely apologetic and the owner even reached out to us a couple days later to apologize. I believe they are genuine. They just must have really good cars that sell quickly. Be persistent if you see one you want and act quickly! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in the future. I would just act a little quicker and send my money ASAP. :) My first review was left on 4/14 from Indiana. Happy car shopping!
