From the moment I called, Rich Bogert at Hi-Line took great care of my wife and I. I had a special request regarding the seating of a particular vehicle, and Rich took the time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and needed. We drove 3 1/2 hours because of the time he took from his day for my request. Hi-Line made the car buying process very easy, and no pressure. Like I said, we drove a long way hoping that the vehicle was going to be as described, and, it was even better. Rich took great care of us and I highly recommend him and Hi-Line.

Decided to go look at the car...Rich met us at the door, showed us all the details. Then showed us the car. Took a test drive and closed the sale. From start to finish zero pressure, comfortable and useful exchanges of information and straight answers to questions. No muss, no fuss. Closing was equally efficient and straight forward. From the very first email, Tony B went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I would get the car I was looking for. The car I was interested in, had just arrived at the dealership and it took nearly a week to get inspected and ready for sale. Tony contacted me immediately the following Friday to let me know the car was ready for sale. He knew I lived 3 nearly hours away and this would make it possible for me to come over the weekend. I waited on a 4 series coupe they did not have at the moment so I went to BMW and tried to purchase the vehicle. I told a salesman there my credit score was a 678 with nothing negative so I was confident on getting approved. I told him I have $2,000 to put down he told me I got approved but wanted more money down. I Went to Adams next door from hi line got the same story. So I came back to ken looked around and seen a stunning polar white Mercedes c300 Ken told me we got you. He got me approved and now I have a better car than the 4 series I wanted!! Moral of the STORY GO here They are Honest and have Beautiful high end perfect vehicles for a amazing price! 👍👍👍 my Roomate also got a newer Audi A7 from another salesman at a GREAT price !
