Rich ensured our car buying experience was stress free...

Rich ensured our car buying experience was stress free and enjoyable. He described and showed us features on the vehicle that we were not familiar with which was a great start to enjoying our new vehicle right away. This is our second vehicle we bought at Hi-Line. Because of our positive experience with Rich, we will return.

Retired Director of Human Resources

I traveled from Columbia, SC in 2015 for or first Lexus RX 350 and just returned for our second Lexus. We still own the first Lexus. Great dealership because of pricing, environment and service. Rich Bogert was our salesman and he ensured our experience was the best.

Great Experience

Great experience. Went in knowing roughly what I wanted without an appointment. From walking in the door until leaving under 2 hours later with a new car and going thru finance process, it was quick, fast and efficient. Erick did a great job. Would def recommend for the sales process experience.

A 6 hour sales transaction

I honestly don't know where to start for this 6 hour sales transaction. WOW! Such a bad experience that all I will say is that if the vehicle had not been exactly what I wanted and still under factory warranty, (I could not find another in 300 miles).. I would have never returned to the dealership. Low balled my trade. but wouldn't budge on their price... My trade is now listed with close to a $5000 profit margin. They mailed my tags to the wrong address and wasn't even concerned that I am riding around on an expired tag. It's all about how much money they can make, "Not your satisfaction" Would not accept my pre arrange financing, forcing me to use their bank, which of course with a much higher rate.  (they get a kickback from the bank).  They have been doing bad service for so long, they think it's normal. So if you can find another vehicle with similar features from another dealer.. Run! You deserve better and other dealerships will appreciate your business. Another dealer right down the street was willing to work with me, accept my trade at a fair price and accept my own financing, but just didn't have the vehicle I wanted. Their whole process is not designed for the consumer. You cannot win with this dealer.

Customer Service is not a Priority

bought 2016 BMW 4 series convertible

I was looking for BMW 4 series convertible for a while and Rich helped me find the right car i was looking for and he has been so patient with me and very very helpful. Thank you Rich!! Also the price was almost right and comparable to other dealers. They did good job detailing the car and delivered. Looking forward to have some fun rides and cant wait for summer again to ride topless!!
