Spent a good amount of time at Hi-Line Garage during a very busy Saturday. Rich Bogert made the experience a very positive one and we drove off with a 2017 Merecedes GLC300. Rich was patient while we explored many different SUVs and never made us feel like he was looking to move on to the next customer. Good knowledge but also gave us space to make the right decision without pressure. Would highly recommend working with Rich and with Hi-Line Garage. The way used car buying should be. If you want quality luxury used cars this is your place.

Rich was pleasant to work with and worked with me on a good deal that I could afford. I was given water and Pepsi for free while I waited. They approved financing for me with my trade-in.

I purchased a used BMW from Tony at Hi-Line Garage about 6 months ago and waited to write this review to make sure that I was happy with my car. This was the best car purchasing experience I had ever had. I live two hours from Charlotte and had an appointment to view at car at the large BMW dealer in Charlotte. Barely 10 minutes before departure, that dealership called me to tell me that they had sold the car - after promising to hold it for me to see. I went online and found a better BMW for a lower price at Hi-Line Garage and spoke with Tony, who pulled the keys so that the car would not be sold before I arrived. I drove down the same day, loved the car, and bought it that day. But I was also trading a car and did not have the paperwork needed. Tony and Hi-Line worked with me on the paperwork problems and let me take the BMW home. The car was beautifully prepared. I detail my own cars and do very careful work. But the detailing on the BMW was the best that I have ever seen. And 6 months later, I absolutely love my BMW. I have recommended Hi-Line Garage to so many people. I really like the no-haggle pricing. My wife and I buy Lexus and BMW; we plan to buy all of our future cars from Hi-Line Garage. They are that good.

The initial response to our questions was immediate. When we got there he immediately made us feel very welcome. Everyone there was extremely nice and accommodating. The staff and management were direct and honest explaining fully the quality of their inventory ,how they arrive at their prices and assurance that they have the best vehicles around. We will definitely refer anyone who is looking for a nice used vehicle to you guys! Great overall experience.

Great customer service. Erick was very knowledgeable of the cars. No pressure to buy or look at cars I was not interested in. I had a very specific list of criteria for the cars I was considering and he did great exceeding those expectations. Will be back.
