Great customer service. Erick was very knowledgeable of the cars. No pressure to buy or look at cars I was not interested in. I had a very specific list of criteria for the cars I was considering and he did great exceeding those expectations. Will be back.

Before pulling the trigger on a Lexus GX 460 at CarMax and I decided to check online one more time to see if anyone had exactly what I was looking for. I am so glad I did! Hi-Line had EXACTLY the car I wanted for a cheaper price. As a bonus, their GX even had an upgraded equipment package! All of their staff was courteous and professional and my salesman (Rich Bogert) was outstanding. I'd definitely buy from them again and you should too!

the staff was friendly the salesman was good to work with although the vehicle was already sold when I got there they found another one that I liked as much as the one that I went there to see. I would surly do business with Hi-Line again.

Rich did a great job! Was very comfortable with the sale process.. The rest was out of Rich's control. Check-out took a while, 1 hr, and there was a 600 dollar or so dealer fee.. I didn't know this till I read the sign inside.. I thought the "no haggle" price was what I would actually pay.. preferred if they would add the 600 to the price and then there's no surprise.. Overall very happy with this dealer!!
