It was a great experience working with Hi-Line Garage team in making a vehicle purchase for my son. They have a great selection of Pre-owned vehicles! I've purchased many (10+) throughout my life and 90% of the times it seems too long and drawn out of a process. Matt & Rich both provided great information and insight into the vehicle that eventually purchased. I was impressed with the transparency when Rich went over the Car Fax report before I got a chance to request it. From the vehicle questions, inspections & test drive, to the application & form signing all seemed to take just enough time. I didn't feel captured or like I was in a middle of a home closing. Finally the day after I had calling my insurance company on my to do list but got very busy

Cliff was very helpful at first. We wanted time to think. So he followed up with these can email that you will get, I believe they are generated and sent after you leave the office by a machine. I called back and talked with Cliff and he assured me the car I was looking at was still available. He even called me back and told me he had the keys and was holding onto them till I got there. I arived 20 minutes later and Cliff sent me to another sales person and that person told me the car was being delivered to a customer as we walked in and he tried selling me something I did not care for. Waste of your time if you do not want run around. I wish you luck

Cliff did a great job communicating with us and all repairs were done to our satisfaction. Still waiting on our Lexus floor mat as promised, but we have no reason to doubt he will come through with it. Whole experience was professional and not high pressure like other dealerships I had been to.
