The best luxury car dealership on the East Coast. It was actually a pleasure making a car purchase at Hiline Garage. No wonder they have folks driving hours and flying in to do business here. They leave traditional car dealerships in the dust! I had a phenomenal sales/educator,Rich Bogert working with me and I highly recommend him if you land at Hiline. Who ever says a dealership feels like home? I felt so welcome and relaxed and was processed very quickly. Wish I could give more than 5 star rating!

I had so much doubt but you kept movitating me to keep the faith. From the moment I walked in the door to hanging me my new keys to my C-300, you were amazing!!!! We started our journey on a Saturday but was not able to close the deal. We jumped right on it again Monday morning and still we did not closed the deal. My last conversation with JaJa on Monday after that he was going to be off on Tuesday but if something changes to give him a call. While I continued to work on things I needed to take care of. Tuesday morning came and I completed what I needed to do on my end. In the back of my mind, I knew JaJa told me Monday he will be off on Tuesday. So I decided to ride to the car lot and leave a message for him that everything was set on my end. As soon as I pull up in the parking lot JaJa calls me and I expressed to him I was outside. He then proceeded to say “Come in!” “I’m here.” My mouth dropped. I couldn’t believe he came in on his day off to make sure I was ok with everything. I am a property manager and I have a staff of 9 employees. I see customer service everyday. What JaJa did went beyond great customer service.
