My experience was excellent. Rich Bogert was very helpful and trustworthy. I would use him again. The cars on the website were exceptional and very clean and detailed. Prices were $2000 better at minimum. I recommend highly based on my experience.

So I’ve been searching for a Lexus ES/GS 350. All the boxes checked in the interior and colors I wanted. I wanted a 2016 style. Lowest miles and price. I found the exact specs with the Luxury pkg and upgraded lights, sound, safety and features galore for $2000 less and only 22,000 miles for a 2016. Awesome deal.

As soon as I arrived everything was in order. The process was seamless and straight forward. They even stayed past closing to get me processed so I would not have to take another three hour drive.

This dealership told me a car was available. I told them I wanted it. I had communicated with the sales guy all day. Asking what needed to be done to get the car. As well as the salesman was dealing and communicating with my bank. Only to tell me before I left to pick the car up that it was sold. I had a check in hand. He knew the whole time I was doing my part. Was a terrible way to do business. I would never recommend this dealership. They are rude and unprofessional

I had done my research & knew what I wanted even down the to the color scheme. After a year of searching I finally found what I was looking for and that was at Hi Line Garage. I traveled 7 hours (one way) to pick up my car and from the moment I left the house Brian Richardson made sure everything was taken care of. We originally went with our local bank but Rob and Greg with the financing department got us a better rate and took care of everything for us. I love the photos and the website-- that's what brought me in for the most part. What I saw online was exactly what I saw on the lot. The only con I have was originally the person working with us seemed super busy and didn't provide the best of attention to us-- granted we were not buying a $70K car. Thankfully we met Brian who was a much better fit for us and he even came in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of.

From the moment we walked in, it was a pleasant and wonderful experience. I had done my research & gotten preapproved for a lona ahead of time, so we got straight down to business. Cliff was very warm and friendly and the process was smooth. Rob, the finance guy explained everything and did his absolute best to get us the best deal, even better than the loan I'd been approved for! I've had many unhappy dealings with big dealerships, but this one was amazing and so refreshing. My salesman Cliff was great. Best prices no matter what you are in the market for. Everybody was upfront when making my purchase. Definitely not your typical "car salesman" type of people. For the best experience you will ever have in buying a car, Hi-line is the only place to go.
