I had my heart set on vehicle..chat with salesman online day before about the vehicle I wanted and talked to salesman couple of weeks before.... called ahead to advise I was in route advised it was a 2 1/2 drive get there the salesman was busy and he directed me to another salesman who advised me the vehicle is in inspection and not sure when it will be available. I was very disappointed in the 1st salesman..but the other Salesman was very apologetic and gave me the opportunity to test drive several other vechicles and was able to purchase a vechicle and I'm very pleased and Satisfied...Thumbs Up For Mr. Tony Byrd!!😇

I purchased a vehicle from Hi-Line Garage last week and had an absolute amazing purchasing experience. I contacted the dealership in advance regarding cars on their lot. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I felt as though I knew the car before I arrived. Matt Zelie was super flexible and willing to work around my schedule to ensure I could test drive the car, and made sure I was familiar with all of the vehicle information, including the True Frame report and CarFax. In terms of purchasing the vehicle, the transaction was extremely quick and smooth- no back and forth. In short, I would purchase a vehicle again from Hi-Line, if the opportunity ever presented itself again.

Asheesh is exceptionally great!! He goes above and beyond to meet the customers satisfaction. Lastly, he is not pushy! His goal is to make sure you get what you want! Finally, the process is unbelievably fast! I would highly recommend HI-LINE GARAGE and make sure you ask for ASHEESH!

I purchased a car from Hi-Line yesterday, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience! I worked with Bryan Armbruster over 2 days and drove away with the perfect car for me. Bryan was courteous, helpful, understanding, honest, and never pushy. He gave me great guidance regarding things like backseat and trunk size, maintenance, upkeep, and many other useful things that I had not considered. Instead of just trying to close a deal on the car that I came in thinking that I wanted, he made sure that I had the right car for my situation and my family. I left my first day without having made a purchase. Bryan was quick to follow up and understand what I needed to take next steps. When I did let him know I was coming back, he made sure that both he and I had everything I needed set up in advance to make the purchasing experience move as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Nice folks to deal with. Matt was very knowledgeable about the BMW I was interested in and that helped a lot. Car was immaculate and I liked that it was still under warranty so I had the opportunity to purchase the extended warranty. Financing went along nicely as well. Purchased my second car at Hi-Line Garage! Rich was my salesman, he was so attentive while guiding me through the process of owning a new car once again from them! Hi-Line Garage has a huge selection of luxury cars with the best prices around. People come from all over to purchase a car from them. Some people come to just look and end up driving a car off the lot! They have a amazing team To work with.

This was my first time buying a used car. One of my friends recommended Hi-line garage as for used luxury cars. I personally love the idea of no haggles pricing policy. The car is lined to its Carfax and KBB. You could see all the information you need and decide if the price is good or not. I went to multiple dealerships both new and used cars (similar to Hi-line). What I like about them is that they don’t try to sell you just a car or they don’t push you to buy their warranty service (unlike other used car dealers). I looked at their website and found a few cars that I liked. I had some cash and had auto-loan approval from my own bank. I went to Hi-line and other dealerships and looked at cars and explained to them what I want. Eric and JAJA showed me those cars and genuinely went through every single one. I test drove one of them and told them that I want to wait for other cars and I have a couple other cars from other dealerships that I need to check. They did not push me to buy or did not bombard me with phone calls or emails. Just emailed me what I asked them to. Went back couple days later (after checking other dealerships) to buy my car. We went through them again and Eric was genuinely explaining what he thinks about each one of those cars. I picked Lexus GS 350-Sport package and told them that the leather interior has couple scratches that need to be fixed before I buy. They promptly took care of it before we signed anything. Other dealerships pushed so hard to sell me something. Some dealerships said they only accept their own loan (while I had an approved loan from BofA!). In another dealership they told me if I buy it they would fix scratched on the interior leather and they keep trying to scare you of repair costs to buy their warranty for a car that still has manufacturer warranty! But I did not experience any of these at Hi-line. I waited a few days before writing this review and still feel great about my experience of buying from Hi-line. So, I personally recommend this dealership for whoever wants to buy a reliable luxury car at a reasonable price.
