worst customer service ever
they were very disrespectful to me and my family, we drove all that way then they tell us that they could not find the car, i had already added it to my insurance. I had spoke to a salesman named Rich that Friday night and informed him that i would be there when they opened, i arrived 20 minutes after they opened that Saturday morning, and they could not even answer the question, we asked, wouldn't it show on your records that the car had been sold? they kept pretending to find the BMW X5 but had no answer to the question. I labeled them unprofessional and racist.

Car Buying Exoerience
Amazing Experience! The 2016 IS 200t was for sale at a number of dealerships and Hi-Line Garage had the best deal. They made every effort to make sure the vehicle was in prime condition prior to the sale. My salesman Rich was amazing. He made every effort to make sure all of my questions were answered and ensured I had a positive experience. If you are in the market for a pre-owned Luxury vehicle, be sure to put Hi-Line Garage on your shopping list.

Top Notch Service

Dishonesty without reason
I was an enthused customer ready to purchase a car with my own financing. The sales guy Tony Byrd asked that I sign a paper to send over to my bank. There was a mention of my credit file but I specifically said I have my own financing and questioned why they needed to pull another report. Tony stated to send to my bank. Didn’t make much sense but I went with it. Long story short they pulled my credit report under false pretense. I left feeling swindled and violated. I dodged a bullet by taking my business to Hendricks BMW and driving away in my BMW the same day.

My experience was awesome, the team worked together to make my experience easy. I spent a short time after driving from Blythewood to make the purchase. The picture and in person view of the Q7 Audi was spot on. The vehicle was detailed better than any other luxury purchase I have made. The salesman Joe was nice, accommodating and very patient. The manager Darren was personable and approachable unlike some at other dealers. I give them 5 stars. I will definitely buy with them again. No haggling is true. My financing process was less than 40min. Very impressive!
