Great experience and friendly staff
Immediately when walking into the office you notice the clean fresh aroma and are greeted by a courteous staff who are willing to go the extra mile to help you. Bryan did a great job as our sales consultant and was a pleasure to work with. My dad loves his ML-350 and will now be riding around instyle during his retirement. Thanks again Hi-Line Garage!

Loved It...
Let me preface my review with a little background. As a second generation pre-owned car buyer (Dad taught me well), I buy luxury vehicles online or at a local dealership that meet certain criteria; model, cleanliness, performance, price, and financing...and most importantly, service. If you don't treat me with dignity, I walk. My last two purchases from other dealers have been David Hasselhoff's Escalade for my wife (why - lol), and a CLS550 for myself. This is the first time I've bought from Hi-Line Garage, by chance looking for a Maserati and ending up with a beautiful BMW 740Li M-Sport, Executive Package...OMG, loved the car, loved the drive, the cleanliness, and of-course price...can't beat the price. But since everything began online, my first experience was with Purnell (Sales Professional) and Darren (Sales Manager). Great guys. They did everything to give me the right information and to make me feel comfortable with purchasing a car as a new customer some 500 miles away. So, I made the deal, pending an actual visit to the NC...flew in and got picked up at the airport by Purnell. When I walked into the building, the deal was as good as sold in my mind. The comfortable unassuming layout, the welcome by the staff, the no-hassle paperwork, and the attention to my needs. By the way, there were plenty of local shoppers; as we drove up to the dealership, there must have been a dozen other shoppers and families walking around the lot. I think I may have even sold a car while I was waiting for mine to get ready :). Guys, I'm hooked forever...just keep bringing in the cars I want and we have deals for the rest of time :). My brother will be calling you soon. Keep up the good work.

Excellent cars and Professional Client Service
I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Hi Line Garage! I spoke with Eric, by phone, prior to coming in a couple of days later. I had already chosen the vehicle I wanted, via Internet. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Eric, who himself, was busy with another client but he got another salesperson to assist right away. I worked with salesman, JaJa throughout my buying process. JaJa was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly! JaJa made the entire process a breeze and let me make my own decisions. My last step was finalizing the paperwork with the finance department who was also amazing! Although, I was pre approved by my bank prior to coming in, Rob worked to get me an even better rate, which resulted in an even lower payment! The facility was very nice, with a comfortable and professional environment. Thank you all for assisting me in my purchase of a 2014 Mercedes! I am a BMW girl , but decided to change up for economical purposes. I am very happy and pleased with my purchase. I look forward to using Hi Line Garage for all of my future vehicle purchases, as well as my family's too!

Great expereince overall
Erick Cover was knowledgeable about his products that he was showing to me...went over the details of the car with me and showed me how FAST it would go!!...he understood my time crunch and was great in getting me in and out...then I had the pleasure of working with Greg in finance and he was also knowledgeable about the product and had a great sense of humor and helped me through the whole process....I love the fact that you have your cars on the website and available to look at before ever going to the lot...I drove 100 miles to get my car from HiLine and would do it again!!

We just purchased our 8th vehicle from Hi-Line Garage. This one is a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLE350 for my wife. We have been customers of Hi-Line since 2002. When we decided to get a new car I called Ali and told him the colors and options we wanted. In a short while he had located the car. We drove over (about 3.5 hours) and made a weekend trip out of it. This is the only place to look a for a quality, well priced, high end car. Its so easy and stress free, a complete change from going to a factory dealer. Everything was done before we got there, just sign and drive. I would recommend them to anyone. They can ship your car regardless of where you are. Luckily we are within driving distance. I cant imagine going to a dealer and paying MSRP when they can get you one with a few miles and thousands off. Go do a dealer and test drive and then tell them what you want. You will be happy you did.

My first BMW
