Living in a smaller market makes it difficult to find specific cars at competitive prices. I'm glad that we found a vehicle that fit our profile at Hi-Line. We were introduced to Bryan and spoke with him to setup an appointment. He and Hi-Line definitely made the drive well worth it. Thank you for a great experience.

Found what we wanted at a competitive price. Working with Bryan Armbruster was a pleasure- he was an engaged listener, up front and a pleasure to deal with in person. We came from out of town to purchase, and he texted to confirm availability, our arrival time and was ready to take us for a test drive soon after arrival. The paperwork process was also straightforward and Rob- I may not remember the name correctly- was a super nice guy as well. Start to finish, we bought a car in less than 90 minutes.

Went into the dealership with a car in mind, but then decided I wanted a bigger car. Purnell showed me two other cars, that he thought I might like and he was right. After I drove it I was impressed. A couple hours later I had a new car. Purnell did a great job answering my questions.

Bryan was tremendously personal and accommodating. The team went above and beyond to create a deal that made sense. It was probably the nicest dealer experience I have had.

I was very indecisive on what kind of car I was looking for and Purnell was very patient with me and let me test drive three different cars.He made sure I left with a car that had all the features I was looking for. The experience was great overall. No pushy sales tactics, up front pricing that was more than fair. Bryan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Jaja was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable. Made the buying experience very easy and relaxing...we were in and out of there in less than hour and a half that included test drive and financing...Gregg finance manager, also great! I have always been nervous of dealerships and anxious...this experience was anything but, they were all amazing! My car is fantastic it was well detailed and clean and looks brand new and I love it!!!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I went in to Hi-Line wanting to look at a specific car, and Bryan was the salesman who helped me. He was informative, personable, and made me feel very comfortable! When I went back a few days after the initial visit to purchase the car, the whole process went very quickly. I was straight with Bryan, Bryan was straight with me. I told him what I wanted, he made certain it was what I wanted, and the entire team pulled together quite expediently to have me driving home in an exceptional vehicle.
