It did take a few days to schedule the work I needed done. Once I took my 2015 Jeep Cherokee service was done. I first talked to Dale. He was polite and patient with me.

The best service department I've ever dealt with!
My enthusiasm and deep trust in your service department cannot be overstated. Whenever I turn my car in for repair to Kirk and Carl Mills to handle, I do so with total confidence. Their professionalism gives me a worry-free feeling; I know that my car will be given the absolute best care possible. I wish that my son’s jeep broke down near a different...
I wish that my son’s jeep broke down near a different Jeep dealership. His car has been in the shop for four weeks and we have no idea when it will be ready. I have to call regularly to get updates on it. My service rep is rude and comes across as not caring about repeat business. Our warranty only covers five days of rental and that has already been used. This is the only car we have and my service rep told me that the back ordered part could come in next week or in four weeks; not to worry though, she will call me when it does come in. HORRIBLE response to a horrible experience so far.

I took my Jeep Wrangler for service and they did an magnificent job on my car. The team went above and beyond to make sure my car was well taken care of. I want to thank Kirk Irvine, who took care of my car and made sure it was back in shape. Outstanding customer service at this dealer and it definitely shows in their dedication to their customers satisfaction. He made sure I was content with everything and his team did a FANTASTIC job on my car. I love it! Why have appointments?
I do not understand the necessity of setting up appointments if it is really just first come, first serve. Also, it gives you the option to check in online and drop off the keys, but this facility does not actually support that option. I had an appointment set up for 9 am, and I still had to wait for over 5 hours for routine services. With COVID and social distancing, the shuttle service is much slower. I understand the reason, but it is still frustrating. The last time I had services completed on my car, I waited for over an hour and a half for the shuttle to pick me back up. I was told up to 30 minutes, so that was a lot longer than expected. Even this time, I was told it would be 30-40 minutes to get a ride back to my place, but I waited for almost twice that amount. I learned a while ago to anticipate almost an entire day to get anything done to the car at this location. I feel they should either stick to appointment times and make them priority or scrap that altogether. Service is normally great, and people are friendly, so that is a big plus. The only other comment I have is about my previous car. I had the radio/nav system stop working in my Charger SRT. I took it to the dealership to get it replaced, and the "new" one was a lower-quality system. It did not have the same features, and it already had a lot of saved locations in the navigation. I could not prove it was a used system, but I believe it was. I tried a few times to speak with the rep from the dealership (and even tried calling the gentleman that installed it), and I could not get anyone to call back or answer my questions. I finally spoke to a different rep, and he told me I would need to speak with the person who coordinated the repair. I was so upset about the whole thing that I traded in that car for my Hellcat. BAD EXPERIENCE!!
