Oil Change

3 Service People contacted me at separate times and all 3 were super good and nice. Carl Mills was my first contact, Catrina was my 2nd contact,she wrote up and checked my Jeep in and Jose Ortega also checked up with me to make sure all was good. I could not ask for better treatment, I felt like the King in Saudi Arabia!

Had my car serviced on November 3rd. I could not be more pleased, Kevork was very helpful, told me the time frame of how long my car would be there, he was right on the mark. We have purchased /leased 5 cars from this dealership, and have never had a complaint or negative experience. Same with the service department. Thank you to all at Jeep Chrysler Ontario. Sandy

Great customer service. They are very helpful and are there if you have any questions. My service took longer than the respected wait time. Overall I enjoyed my experience.

I had my mudguards installed on my car and Carl and Dale took good care of It. Service team is always top notch. I always bought and service my car here now and in the future. This is the only dealership that makes a deal happen for me. A+++++. They always took good care of me whenever I needed service on my car.

Great Service

Service rep Carl Mills was wonderful. He went above and beyond and it is appreciated. The service department did a great job, I brought my Pacifica in at noon and it was out later that afternoon. That's what I call service.

Awesome Service!

Purchased my Compass and Renegade in 2017. When I’ve had to bring it in for service, Carl Crocker has been my service rep. He has always gone above and beyond with helping my family. He has always followed up with every service and truly appreciate everything he has done.
