Carl was very polite and professional.
In for a recall. Carl Crocker handled it himself. My Jeep needed a computer module reprogram. After the initial wait in line, the process was completed in a short time.

Didn’t do anything
Took my fiat 500e in with service prnd light on they had it for 5 days said they couldn’t find anything wrong charged me 171 dollars to do nothing drove car home check engine light back on same problem so I basically gave them money to do nothing they didn’t bother to investigate the problem they didn’t want to deal with it very rude service people just feel like they don’t care to fix the vehicle I have no idea what to do as I still can’t drive the vehicle and nobody wants or knows how to work on evs
