Our salesperson, Stan, was extremely knowledgeable on all the Pathfinder's functions which enabled us to decide if the Pathfinder was the right fit for us. Saul with the finance end was patient and addressed all our concerns. All in all, a very positive experience.

I've driven Nissan cars since 2001. My husband and I have been going to Modern Nissan of Concord for over ten years now. We continue to come back because of the service team. Mike or Heath are typically are go-to service members. They are both very knowledgeable about the Nissan products and don't try to upsell on unnecessary repairs. Best customer service and repair work hands down.

The straightforwardness and honesty. Stacy Hopper helped through email/texting, and getting prequalified. Doug Ford helped us out when we got to the showroom. And Saul was very helpful with the financing. A positive experience, and very pleased the deal was what was agreed to before we came in the store.

Easily made appointment. Job done promptly and efficiently. Health Culp is a stellar Service Advisor. Consistently very courteous and personable. He goes out of his way to take care of our needs. He gets us in on short notice. He is very attentive to the overall maintenance needs of our 11-12 year old Nissan Pathfinder. Another car is not in our budget this year or possibly next year. Frankly, Health is the deciding factor that Modern Nissan has our business. Please do whatever it takes to keep him at Modern Nissan.
