STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Scam Artists

Purchased a car from this dealership and they sold it to someone else without ever returning a call. Managers Ray and Patrick are scam artists and do not even answer nor return phone calls. Trust me, stay far away from the Dealership!

Wow.

Wow. What a scam. They get GREAT VALUE ratings from CarGurus on their cars, then want 20% more when you get there. I read up on them after wasting my time going there and the same thing is reported over and over again. Beware

Hello again Chris. The 2013 GL Mercedes you came to see WAS a GREAT VALUE with ONLY 48k miles. I wrote WAS because after you passed on the car, 2 more customers came to see it on the same day. Both understood the value of the vehicle but unfortunately one came in right after we collected money from the 2nd customer. Luckily the car was still here and they saw the customer coming back from the Test Drive and the customer said it was great and he was buying it. You on the other hand, wanted to negotiate the GREAT VALUE which is definitely OK but not ok to leave us a negative when your offer is not accepted.

Your Great Value price was calculated by Car Gurues based on the $19999 price. When actually it was 20% higher, You should be adding that 20% to your advertised price on top not hide it in the very small print and using the lesser price for the vehicle rating. And my offer was higher than the advertised price. Im not the only one whose time you wasted to come there and see a car. Its well documented. Its misleading.

Shondell Rocks!

My family and I visited Queens Auto Mall on 10/8/22 to inquire about car prices and models. Shondell assisted us and was absolutely amazing! He was detailed, honest and professional. My mother kept emphasizing Shondell's multitasking skills while remaining focused on individuals. He articulated the process clearly, and was with me throughout the entire experience . I will recommend Queens Auto Mall and especially Shondell.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS DUMP THAT THEY CALL A CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY ARE ALL TRUE! I went there today to look at a 2019 Infinity QX60. The car was listed for $24,599 with 45k miles. Completely loaded WITH a theater package. I got there and was told that Steve only makes appointments, so I had to see a salesman that was available. After a few minutes we go to look at the car only to realize I was test driving the WRONG CAR! The car that I was driving has less miles (14k) But cost $32k. When I showed the salesman the picture with the VIN number, we went back to the front desk. Only to have them tell me that the car was not even there!! I immediately walked out and the salesman and some dude in a suit ran up behind me. The suit guy offered me gas money and toll reimbursement and then tried to convince me to look at the huge inventory of QX60's that they had. Then suit guy once again tried to talk me into a purchase by asking what I was looking to spend and threw out a number for MY budget.. My answer was "the cost of the car that you don't have." I walked away frustrated. This dealer pulled a bait and switch in a major way. Don't waste your time with these people or dealership!
