SCAM.

SCAM. THIS IS NOT A DEALERSHIP; THIS IS AN AUCTION SITE. The "price" listed is the "starting bid", and the bidding is kept open for an indefinite period of time until the "List Price" (which is WELL over market value) is met. I called ahead to verify the car was available, verify the price, and ask about the EV tax credit. I was assured by "Leyla" that "the price is the price" and the car was in stock, and encouraged me to make an appointment for a test drive. I drove OVER AN HOUR with a check for a down payment and financing in hand, but when I got there I found out that "Leyla" isn't a real person. I was handed off to the next available salesperson, and then I was led to the car which was parked SIX CARS DEEP. I asked how I was supposed to drive it, and the salesman, "Pete", said "let's see how the financing goes". When I told him I would buy it if I could drive it, he told me that's not how that works and I'd have to bid and wait for the bidding to close whenever the "List Price" is met. I was furious.

Scame.

Scame. Worst delar ever. I asked several time over phone if there is any hidden fees but they told me no fees. When i went there for the car they literally increased the price from 16k to 20k.

I want to share a troubling experience I had at Queens

I want to share a troubling experience I had at Queens Auto Mall recently. After thorough research and intending to secure my pre-qualification agreement for a vehicle purchase, I arrived at the location and was greeted by Juan, who showed me the vehicle of interest. Despite a few flaws, I considered adding it to my fleet. However, the financial manager’s conduct was disgraceful. Despite my repeated instructions to only run my credit with a specific financial institution, they disregarded this and ran it with several lenders, likely aiming to inflate my interest rates. To add insult to injury, they offered a laughable $1,500 for my trade-in, despite its true value being several thousand dollars. What struck me most was their blatant discrimination. While observing their interactions with customers of fairer complexions, it became clear their intention was to exploit me financially. The manager, easily recognizable in his blue shirt, then presented a "deal" where the car's price mysteriously shifted from the internet listing to an auction price. On top of that, he piled on additional fees as if they were toppings on a fast-food burger. When I refused these deceptive charges, he even resorted to threatening me with a pistol from his desk drawer. When I demanded they shred my personal information, they callously refused, suggesting I report them to BBB and consumer affairs — claiming it would yield no results. Let's see how this unfolds. In conclusion, Queens Auto Mall exemplifies everything a dealership shouldn't be. They are deceitful, discriminatory, and unprofessional. I advise everyone to steer clear and support more honest dealerships.

Dealer response

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I do not have any 2016 Acura MDX's listed for sale, nor have I had any listed recently. I believe your review may be intended for a different dealership. If so, please remove this review. Please call with any questions or concerns. -Patrick

Sales staff responsible to sell vehicles, anything thing

Sales staff responsible to sell vehicles, anything thing after that, like follow up with their service department or getting things done from their administrative department is a triage. I explained my journey with this dealership on car. com Never again would I make the mistake twice by going into this dealership to get another vehicle or would I recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy, to do business with this dealership.

I contacted dealer about a car that had been advertised

I contacted dealer about a car that had been advertised at the same price for over 2 months. They tried to trick me and charge several thousand more when I wanted to buy it. Be aware. This is a typical NY smoke and mirrors car lot. You’ve been warned I would definitely look elsewhere first. The price shown is no where near what they are willing to sell the car for. Very deceitful!!!

Don't waste your time dealing with this dishonest

Don't waste your time dealing with this dishonest dealership like I did. The prices you see listed online on cars.com and their website is not the actual prices they sell to everyday people like you and Me. I got a oh that's the "wholesale" price "are you a wholesaler" when I asked about the price listed online in person. The actual price which they refer to as the "retail" price is several thousand dollars more.
