Mi esposo fue a Queens auto mall creía que no iba a conseguir financiar un carro, la señorita jesica prontamente lo atendió y consiguió que saliera manejando su nueva SUV lo mejor fue que el vehículo salió asegurado y con placas y la registracion, no tuvimos que hacer nada más que esperar por el procéso

Mr. Huan is a good and friendly

Mr. Huan is nice and friendly sales person, tried to show all the cars I was looking for. Prices on the web are not for any indiviual customer.

Great Service, but Dishonest Price Listing

Lots of cars option and Jessica was very kind and not rushing. She did not try to push any cars onto me, she was more than happy to show us every car possible. So the service was very outstanding. But unfortunately whatever price they have listed here on Cars.com is not the outdoor price, matter of fact, it is off by few thousands. In my case, a 2020 SUV w/ 35k Mileage was listed for about $23k, but in order to get that price you'll have to put down $5k dollars in order get the $23k "Financing Promo". This is a common strategy in many 3rd party dealership. I advise you to call before arriving.

Deceptive, crooked business practices

They presented a 2011 bmw 535 for the price tag of 7k. I referenced prior reviews and questioned them on real price of the vehicle because time is very valuable to be wasting it on dishonesty. A rep finally told me that the price will go up to 12,500 after the completion of the paperwork. The most disturbing thing about is , that they are trying to sell salvaged vehicles at a rate that’s above clean title cars and have this sale tactic that drags people in just to waste your time or pressure you into buying. Horrible business practices Do Not waste a second on these people because many of us have already and I am beyond upset.

Don’t waste your time. Prices online are made up.

Fake prices, don’t waste your time. Car I went to see was priced 8k more at the dealership. They also try and run your credit before you even look at a car. They are Not willing to negotiate or work with you. Also the car had 4 different tires and 2 had bubbles in them. I was told that’s “normal”. Shop elsewhere, you’re wasting your time.

Don't recommend. !!!!!

I made a reservation with Chris to see the car(2019 GLE 43 AMG coupe) and went to the dealer. The salesman said online price $47950 is the wholesale price and the retail price they can give me is $59,000 They think I'm a fool.I complained about this price than the dealer kicked me out, saying,"If you don't do the paperwork first, I can't adjust the price," and "I'll not sell the car to you. No deals!!!" Ridiculous!!! don't recommend. worst service.

Stop wasting people time and posting fake price

Absolutely worst experience ever. I am shopping for a vehicle that I plan to purchase today and when I inquired about the one listed for $27,980 a reasonable amount and aligned with the other dealers with similarly equipped vehicles with the same options and mileage. they told me the vehicle price listed does not include a finance fee of $7015. I told them I am paying cash and they said they will sell for cash but I will still have to pay the over 20% finance fee as that is how they make money. I saw the price online and then I drove over on hour to hear that xxxxxxxx you don’t do business like that that’s how you’re scamming people just put your full price online so you don’t have to waste peoples time .
