I made a reservation with Chris to see the car(2019 GLE 43 AMG coupe) and went to the dealer. The salesman said online price $47950 is the wholesale price and the retail price they can give me is $59,000 They think I'm a fool.I complained about this price than the dealer kicked me out, saying,"If you don't do the paperwork first, I can't adjust the price," and "I'll not sell the car to you. No deals!!!" Ridiculous!!! don't recommend. worst service.

Absolutely worst experience ever. I am shopping for a vehicle that I plan to purchase today and when I inquired about the one listed for $27,980 a reasonable amount and aligned with the other dealers with similarly equipped vehicles with the same options and mileage. they told me the vehicle price listed does not include a finance fee of $7015. I told them I am paying cash and they said they will sell for cash but I will still have to pay the over 20% finance fee as that is how they make money. I saw the price online and then I drove over on hour to hear that xxxxxxxx you don’t do business like that that’s how you’re scamming people just put your full price online so you don’t have to waste peoples time .

First time buyer, decided to give this dealership a try and i gotta admit, i have NO regrets!! These guys are fantastic! My guy Will hooked us up !! the process took a while but the wait was worth it. Will was very helpful throughout the entire process excellent person, i highly recommend him. If u got wheels to buy Will's the guy !! lol. Customer service and atmosphere at this dealership is very pleasant. Manager Mike was great to say the least, Gus got us covered with our Insurance, so we good over here. My wife and I left with 2 cars. She left with a CR-V and i took the Bimmer.
