Worst car buying experience.

Worst car buying experience. They have lied since the beginning of the transaction & owe me money but do not return my calls anymore. Do not buy from them.

This was an amazing job by and awesome salesman!

This was an amazing job by and awesome salesman! Rick went above and beyond answering my many questions. He overcame all issues that popped up on the vehicle. Delivered free for my son who was stuck without a vehicle. Cannot think of anything within Rick's control that could have gone better. He gave us a good price on a nice car! Wish it had 2 keys but again that was not on Rick. Dealership is nice as well. Spoke with Simone on first call and she answered my questions and assured me from the start that they would take good care of us, and they did! Highly recommend this dealership and if ever in need again Rick will be my first call.

Whole purchase process was smooth.

Whole purchase process was smooth. Working with Jacob was great, he answered any questions I had about the car and was willing to do set my mind at ease with buying the car all remotely. Great place!

We purchased a card that we had to wait a week to get

We purchased a card that we had to wait a week to get being told they were fixing a low tire sensor, a week after purchasing that light started coming back on. Then we were told they would mail the spare key and license plate… when nothing came in the mail we called and they then mailed the plate but said the keys were lost. We have called a couple times after and they continue to say “we will look into it” but we never hear back. The people are nice on the phone but it seems like we have been lied to and not treated like a valued customer. They continue to say they will call back, but do not.

Very knowledgeable in the used automobile Industry. Had a great experience with Rene. Definitely appreciated the attention to detail and they gave us the most ideal price for our trade-in. So excited to be cruising in my new Cadillac SRX for Christmas. That all wheel drive vehicle will definitely make it easier for my trips down back roads to home daily.
