Smoke and mirrors.

Smoke and mirrors. Went to test drive only having to wait a half hour more. Car was covered in paint specs, and dirty. Car drove fine but when it was delivered 2 hrs late, it was still dirty, no gas and still had paint specs all over. Received weather tech mats weeks later that were in the car during the test drive. Then received the second key fob another week later. This is the short version of the crap we had to wait for on a paid car. Will never recommend or come near this dealership again. Oh, did I mention I called the owner? He never returned my call further reminding me what a xxxx show we dealt with there.

Tommy Liles was great from my first introduction to me

Tommy Liles was great from my first introduction to me getting the keys to my car! I’d also like to give credit to the technicians who got the minor cosmetic scratches out making my car look like new! Very pleased with Motorcars and will highly recommend to all looking for a great sport luxury car!

George and Will were great to work with.

George and Will were great to work with. They put absolutely no pressure on me through the buying experience. They explained my options to me, and worked with me to get the best interest rate possible, and a payment that fit my situation. I would highly recommend stopping in to see these guys if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Stay far away from these guys. Bought a car not too long ago and tommy made multiple promises and he didn’t follow through. Said numerous things would be fixed upon delivery and they were not. Take a look at all the reviews before you even think about going there.

I was sold a used Subaru WRX STI and the engine started

I was sold a used Subaru WRX STI and the engine started to fail after two weeks of driving it. After it was in their shop for 32 days and they still hasn't touched it. I had to call the owner to even get someone to acknowledge the car. After a week of it in the shop, it was "fixed" and drove it home to have it fail halfway home. They took it back again to work on it only to tell me that everything looks good. Drove it home and failed again. Salesman Tommy never returned my calls, and never fulfilled any promises made. The owner, John was just as elusive and negligent Brandon, the service head was the man. That's the one person in this place that does their job. They take weeks to respond, they do NOT return phone calls. And they're only helpful when there's something in it for them. They do not value their customers. Stay as far away from this place as you can.

Good people.

Good people. Tommy went above and beyond on the sale and financial side of things. Uncertain of quality of vehicles. Last thing you want to do is pay for repairs after purchasing a vehicle which is exactly the predicament I’ve found myself in. I guess that’s my fault for not noticing these issues during the test drive.

I was so blessed to have found Motorcars Lansing and Rick

I was so blessed to have found Motorcars Lansing and Rick Badawi when I purchased my 2017 Ford Escape. I had been looking for 2 months and it was very stressful time. When I met with Rick, he was very kind, low pressure, and always answered my calls and questions right away. Working with him eliminated the stress I was feeling before. In less than a week I had my car! I highly recommend motor cars Lansing and Rick Badawi.
