2 months after purchasing my car it has now been in the shop 3 times and is a total piece of xxxx. Each time I took it back to motor cars and they said nothing was wrong the vibration and squeaking was caused from the snow tires and I just need new tires. I was sold the wheelz warranty and apparently that covers absolutely nothing so Jack in the repair shop stated. At this point there is still a vibration while driving, we need a air pressure module, front struts and suspension. I’ve called to speak with the owner John he has yet to give me a call back, go figure. I wouldn’t suggest buying a car here unless you want nothing but problems. I should have known better when I was given the run around initially and basically pushed into a car.

Tommy was the best car salesperson i have ever worked with. He was honest, did what he said he would do. He responded to my text messages immediately, he returned calls immediately. I had a difficult time arriving to Motorcars before they closed in the evenings due to my work schedule, Tommy waited for me to arrive. I was dreading purchasing a vehicle due to experiences in the past but after working with Tommy I will definitely work with Tommy again the next time I purchase a vehicle and I'm letting all of my friends and family know how great my experience was with Tommy and Motorcars of Lansing. Horrible horrible horrible. Potential fraud on recent sale; did not perform a repair they said they would prior to sale and no help after sale.

We really enjoyed our experience at Motorcar of Lansing. Everyone at the dealership was professional and helpful. As a family with two young children, we truly appreciated the high level of service and understanding of the challenges that would pose. We were able to get a good deal on a great family car. We are so happy with our purchase and experience.
