Customer service was great...they were extremely nice. I was there for a while but that comes with buying a new car. My sales person was Will he’s great and even bought us lunch for the wait lol....overall I had a great experience ❤️

Salesman Experience- Michael was very accessible and provided me with a great buying experience by addressing all my concerns. He displayed an excellent sense of professionalism by continuing to keep me updated and informed throughout the entire buying experience. He is a very humble person that easily develops a trust relationship with his customers. Dealership experience- Michael and Simone were on par when it came to any questions and concerns that I presented to them during the purchase of my vehicle. The dealership is family owned and operated by the Badawi family. This brings a sense of dedication to the sales experience because it is a direct reflection on them.

I walked into their parking lot, saw the vehicle I was...

I walked into their parking lot, saw the vehicle I was there to see. I spent 10 minutes looking at it inside and out. Then i went in the showroom saw Tommy Liles talked a few minutes and within 10 we we’re doing the paperwork. No hiccups or obstacles! Couldn’t have gone smoother! Very satisfied!

We had a great experience at Motorcars of Lansing. Our salesman Will went above and beyond to make the whole process super easy and fun. We came in to motorcars to buy a truck for my son and ended up walking out with, not only the truck, but also a Jeep Wrangler for me!

Nothing but a good experience at Motorcars of Lansing. My salesman, Will, was very flexible and helpful when it came to the purchase of my new truck. From start to finish every question I had was answered, every concerned addressed, and everything was explained to me in clear, straightforward way. I purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 SuperCrew that was in great condition and that I love very much. Will stayed past close for me and was very charming and fun to do the deal with. So much so that we are currently in the process of purchasing another vehicle for my mom. I highly recommend Motorcars of Lansing, especially Will, when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle as well as having a smooth, fun time.

My sales rep Randy Blackwell was great! But I got my car...

My sales rep Randy Blackwell was great! But I got my car right before the pandemic and the dealership closed before I could get a license plate. I got sick with Covid-19 right after I got my car so I wasn’t able to check on my plate for a while. When I was finally better and called to inquire, the person that answered the phone (I think it was Simone) had a really nasty attitude. She got smart with me and was pretty much no help at all. Her attitude and disposition alone made me even more pissed about my entire experience. She didn’t display good customer service at all. Also, the dealership agreed to order me two new emblems for my truck because the old ones were worn out and they tried to fix them with paint without success. I was told the emblems would be mailed to my house. I only received one emblem in the mail. I texted Randy to find out why I only received one and I never received an answer. I understand the pandemic messed a lot of things up but that’s no excuse for bad business and customer service. I bought my truck mid- March and here we are at the end of May and I have yet to receive any notice about my emblem. Also, a day or two after getting my car the check engine light came on. I later found out there was bad or wrong gas put into my truck(manual requires 91 octane or higher). The sales rep went to the gas station right before I drove off the lot. I had to pay $550 to get a gas sensor line replaced (forgot the exact name). The repair shop told me it was because of the gas that was put in it. When I reached out to the sales rep to find out what kind of gas he used and he couldn’t remember if he put 93 or not. But considering I had to repair the vehicle for bad gas, I’m guessing he didn’t use 93. Probably wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.
