So went to take a look at at 2016 Dodge Charger Hellcat they had just acquired. Rare find for the city of Lansing. Go there with plans to buy but some jerk(s) decided to spoil my day, along with the dealerships day. The vehicle was stolen the eve before from the text I received from Will Reed. He was a bit delayed in answering a few questions for me prior to setting up the in person appointment but that was due to higher than normal business volume. He was gracious enough to reply during off work hours with the answers and was pleasant to communicate with despite the brief interaction.

Our Salesman Will went above and beyond. I have never had such an enjoyable experience at a dealership. Will went out of his way to show my wife and I how all of options on our car worked. If I had a question day or night Will would answer the phone and walk me through my issue even when he wasnt even working. Our car was spotless when we picked it up! Until I went to Motorscars and met with Will I had no idea how amazing buying a new car so supposed to feel. Thank you Motorcars and especially Will Reed!

I am extremely disappointed by an unkept promise to send me a tire to replace a faulty tire. The owner promised “to have a new tire shipped right to my home” before I purchased.
