I brought a car from them 92 days later the transmission goes out, so I brought one from them 2 weeks later it goes out, have a 1 year warranty on it so now they are trying to charge me an additional $600.00 after I just paid them $1500.00 for the messed up transmission they sold me so I told them to just ship me my car back as is and they refuse to do so.

Motorcars was recommended to me by a friend who does lots of business worth them. He told me a man named Mondo would be calling. He never did so i called the dealership and made an appointment. Mondo was incredibly rude and (as had been said in almost every review) promised to call me that evening. He didn't. I called them back after 1pm. Twice i was sent to a voicemail that just hangs up. Finally someone answered and said he wasn't around but he would call me in about an hour. I waited closer to 3 hours and called back. I continued to get the runaround and promises of call backs which never happened. In the3 days i worked worth them they didn't call me ONCE. I complained to Crystal on the phone. She was polite but clearly had no interest in hearing what was upsetting me. My next call a few hours later Mondo finally got on the phone and said 7 words before hanging up on me. There's nothing we can do for you. Click. Which is interesting because Crystal had told me that at least 2lenders had approved me. They treated me like trash. I hate that my family did so much business with him while he was starting out. John got a few dollars in his pocket and forgot about the community. As i was sitting in the office th eentire staff was trash talking customers the entire time. I go get my car from a DIFFERENT dealership tomorrow. These people don't deserve any business from this community.

I purchased a couple of cars over the last year for my daughter, and son. I purchased both from Rick Badawi. If you want excellent service before, during, and after the sale then Rick is your guy. I have recommended Rick and Lansing Motorcars to all my personal friends.

By far the nicest USED CAR dealership Ive ever been too.All the cars are really nice and the staff was really cool.My wife and I weren't in the market for a vehicle until an unfortunate accident totaled our last vehicle. She wanted to try something new and had always liked the looks of land rovers. so we decided to drive through the lot on a Sunday. As we were looking at the vehicles a gentleman came walking up to us and asked if we had any questions. Surprised that someone was working at the dealership, we talked and he gave us all the info we needed on the land rovers . Come to find out he was on the Maintenance crew and went out of his way to politely approach us and offer assistance. Awesome! We were sold on this Dealership from that point. Started dealing with simone that next Tuesday and felt Zero pressure to buy. she was very personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Simone got us through the paperwork within minutes and we were out the door. Great staff and neat dealership! Will definitely recommend them to anyone! Thanks again. READ LESS

I felt welcome the second I walked in the door. Smiles everywhere right when we walked in. John made feel comfortable when I expressed my concerns about getting approved. He made me feel confidant that I was walking out of there with a car. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he made sure he I got the answer. Even after the sell, he was still willing to return phone calls to me. I was really impressed with the service from him and all the staff. They all seemed to have fun and enjoy where they work. Jeremy Camps a month ago I planned and prepared before arriving at Motorcars of Lansing with the intention to buy. There was no desire to waste anyone's time so I went online and sent my inquiry for the vehicle I was interested in. The final deciding factor to spend money revolved around the time frame and efforts made by the dealership .Within an hour I was contacted by Mike Badawi on Friday who greeted me with a professional and courteous manner. He allowed me to speak and inform him of what I was interested in and we scheduled a time to arrive on Saturday 5/13.With a proper callback from Mike my decision to move forward was defined and reduced my reserves of visiting a dealership. I was late for my appointment but still greeted with professionalism and courtesy, only this time by Rick Badawi . Rick took the reigns for Mike in his absence and carried my experience 100%. I was offered a fantastic deal through Motorcars on my 2017 Ford Fusion and thanks to Rick and Mike Badawi I have no worries in recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. As for my new car, the Ford Fusion is a lot of fun to drive. It's sporty and quick while being economical and safe. After months of research I am glad I decided to go with this one.
