Had just what I needed.....
Went and looked at a larger SUV for my family, they had a great selection and we ended up with a Tahoe that fit 8 passengers, Just enough room for us all and even a great size cargo space. Staff really made buying experience a breeze!

TERRIBLE! *MUST READ*
I hope you spend the time to read this review. It will save you trouble and time. There are plenty of other bad reviews for these guys that i should have listened too. If I could I'd give this place a 0 rating. I would never send my worst enemy to this place of business. It's one of the shadiest businesses I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately I gave them far too long to make things right and I've heard nothing from them. Told the sales lady multiple times that I wanted to hear from the owner. Now let's backtrack to the actual problem here. First i get in touch with them and tell them im interested in the vehicle ask if its still available and she says yes. I tell her i want to put a deposit on it and i get no response. Message back the next day to try and put a deposit on the vehicle and get told that another sales person has a deposit on it. At this point im livid since i asked a day or two ago to put the deposit on it. I tell her to let me know if it doesn't sell. Couple days go by I contact them again and she tells me that it didn't sell. at this point I get my deposit on the vehicle so It doesn't sell. 500 dollars. I drive 5 hours to Michigan from Pennsylvania to buy the vehicle from them. I get there and this thing is an absolute mess. Parts were broken on the interior and just sitting on the back seat. Fresh dings in the door. The cover for the sunroof was not just removed it was torn out. Dings and chips all over the paint. The interior smelled like wet dog and cigarettes. It wasn't cleaned there was dog hair all over the interior. The coolant was full of a mud like substance and needed flushed. It had some sort of leak and they told me it was from changing the oil. At that point I told them that I was frustrated with it all. felt like they were trying to sell me junk and I was ready to leave. Livid once again. Drove 5 hours wasted a days pay at work to come in. Ended up being a 300 dollar trip not including food. Huge waste of time and money and I'm not even to the best part yet. They told me they would have it all fixed and ship it to me and pick up my trade. Ok fine I can deal with that. So I drive home the next day. Get home 3 or 4 days go by with no updates on the car. Finally get a reply and it's sold... with my deposit on it. I tell her how displeased I am and she's like well I can send you a gas card. Ok that still doesn't fix the issue here you guys have my deposit and sold my vehicle. Took two and a half weeks to get my deposit back. Never got the gas money. was told after the fact that my deposit was only good for 3 days. I gave then the deposit 3 days before I could drive there. They didn't say one word about it only being good for 3 days. I know I'm missing something here but that should be enough to get my point across.

Sloppy service
Terrible experience. They changed the oil in my Mercedes. Spilled several quarts of oil on engine and manufold and didn't clean it up. John Badaway gave me every excuse to not pay for towing or damages. My first que should have been the filthy Showroom. They should not be in business.

I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse from Motorcars of Lansing, I have new purchased a new car always giving hand me downs from the family. When I went to the dealership I was uncertain with the type of vehicle I wanted, after driving 6 cars I decided the traverse was best for me and my family. Will never buy a car again from this place they sell junk had to put 7,000 into the car we bought already and for there extended warranty that's a xxxxing scam they don't pay for xxxx Never Never Buy A Car or Truck There Their A Bunch Of xxxxing Scammers

By far the worst vehicle purchase Experience I have ever had, check that the worst experience I have ever had! These people are unethical have little to no integrity in the way they do business! Avoid anything to do with this business. You will regret doing business here if you do!
