I was in the market for a new car, came across the website for Motorcars of Lansing. With the verity of vehicles they have at the dealership, I was able to look at a few cars and finally decided on 2012 Buick Lacrosse. Do not recommend buying from motorcars of Lansing the worst experience I've ever had! The vehicle I bought after putting $3000 down had an issue after day three and no help whatsoever they were horrible

After purchasing a car from Slade and Mike, I can honestly say that this is the first dealership where I didn't feel pressured into a purchase. They were able to answer all of my questions as well as looking out for what was best for me as far as the financing went. They followed through with the two after sale fixes that the truck needed (windshield wipers and new Tires). Even after the sale they treated me the same, I felt welcomed and comfortable at this dealership. The prices and selection was good, and the staff was even better. Only complaint really was they were all out of creamer at the coffee table! But I would most certainly recommend Motorcars of Lansing to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

The worst place to buy a vehicle is motorcars of Lansing. The owner screamed obscenities at me when I complained of an issue that had been happening since day three of buying the car. And did nothing to help us no help after the sale!!

The car is as beautiful as it was shown on the website!! It has a few things to be finished up on installing a 3rd row, but the people were very appologetic as to how much longer than expected it was going to be. It was exactly what I have been looking for!! It took me over 2 hours and 15 minutes to get there, but it was more than worth the drive and we may just make that drive when we look for other cars in the future even though it isn't convenient. Thanks to cars.Com for the easy use of the app to find what I wanted!!!

Buyer Beware!! Horrible experience!! Buying from them was the biggest mistake!! My vehicle had issues The same week I bought it, along with more after just a couple months and they did nothing to help. John is a unprofessional owner, and everyone in place for that matter. Don't even get me started on the mechanics. Do not buy from this establishment!!

Great place great people extremely satisfied and highly recommended. You can't go wrong at Motorcars of lansing any car truck or suv you want they have or they can get but dont just get just a car get a motorcar Their sales staff is great and very friendly and motorcars service is pretty amazing they go through everything on your car to make sure you leave safe and happy. they have definitely changed my mind about dealerships absolutely amazing

Love my new vehicle and i talked with the owner John B. John was very helpful and made my visit at motorcars worth it and hooked me up with a awesome sales lady Simone she was amazing and very honest. i will be back to do business again

Top notch experience these guys did what others couldn't would recommend to anyone looking for a dealer that's gonna go above and beyond. Even after my purchase they called to check and make sure I was happy, find another place that will do that. Thanks again!!!!
