I don't like walking into dealerships, So I shopped online for weeks to find a vehicle. I found Motorcars of Lansing, almost 2 hours away. Simone stayed way late so I could drive up to look at a vehicle, and made the process easy. I appreciate her going out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Road the bus all the way from pittsburgh there hospitality and service was great they went out there way above and beyond to accommodate us. I would recommend this car dealership to all of my family and friends back home i dont think i would buy a car from any other place salute to the whole staff from the owner to the very nice an helpful finance lady Marty.

I have to pay for my local dealership to program it. Other than that very satisfied. Highly recommend Simone to deal with.

Very poor customer service, they agreed to make repairs on vehicle but did not. Please Beware!!!!

drove 30 miles to get to the dealership and looked around, really pleased with the inventory selection and size they have available, found a 2001 Honda CRV, was cleaned up very well, looked nice on the inside and they fixed a couple dings and scratches with no extra fee! True and honest dealership, thank you!
