I just bought a 2011 Impala and I am very happy with both the car, the price, and the service I got from Michael. He processed our application & paperwork very quickly and made himself available the next day to help me activate OnStar and to explain it to me, which I very much appreciated. I came to Motorcars Of Lansing because I had purchased my last used car there. I will certainly by my next used car there.

I drove 80 Miles to Lansing to buy a white Dodge Charger they advertised on Cars.com, when I get there I immediately noticed trim missing around the exhaust. Then plastic rivets missing, the shroud is just hanging, white over spray, inside the rear wheel well, the back bumper is loose when you grab it. They claimed in the ad this vehicle has a clean carfax, but it's definataly been in an accident. There is a body shop there onsite where it appears they tried to fix it. I guess that's why there's no pics of the rear end. They just seem like a shady mom and pop dealership. I would steer clear, and go to a real dealership.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone and the people are very nice to work with. My salesman Keith was great and he was very helpful. I feel that these are good people and the car I ended up buying had a couple minor issues (which is common in used cars) but John and Keith were very helpful in making sure these items got fixed and were no longer issues. I am very happy with my purchase and experience.

Keith King was a very caring and knowledgeable of the cars that I was interested in. He told me about financing and he treated me as if I was a friend. He was in my opinion a class act. I must add that the entire staff was very helpful.
