Gladstone Mitsubishi

Buying a car I thought was always difficult but at Gladstone it was not, in fact it was enjoyable. Everyone we met there was professional and friendly. Our sales rep Chris could not have been better. He helped us through the entire process in a way that made my wife and I very relaxed. Chris is a good guy! I will recommend Gladstone in the future and I suggest Chris get paid double.

Great bunch of pros. They didn't screw around....got in, got my car at a great price, signed off and was out the door...as a very happy customer...it was indeed an 'untypical' experience. I recommend them and give them 5 stars on everything. My sales consultant, Dave, went way beyond the call of duty to get me in the car I wanted, including picking me up in an ice storm to get to the dealership. Next time I'm in the market for a car, I'll be going to Gladstone!

Everything about my experience at Gladstone Mitsubishi was great. Chase the salesman was very genuine and made buying my car very nice and easy. There wasn't any haggling and it was straight and to the point. All of the people we talked to were very nice. I would definitely recommend buying a car through them to all my friends and family!

I would have given a 5 but my first visit there i wasn't taken seriously by the guy at the front door. He took down my contact info and told me i would be contacted if a manual came in. I was never contacted regarding that, however; i was contacted as a follow up to my initial online inquiry so i did continue communication but through a different sales rep. David Gehl heard my needs & rather than try to shove me in any car just to make a sale (as had been my experience at all other dealerships I'd visited these past few months) he did what he could to find something to match them eventually hunting down a car that wasn't even on the lot yet (as it had just arrived on the truck). It was the color and transmission i desired and he made sure the price was right as well.

Great experience. Staff knew I didn't want to mess around and they got me in and out quick. I'd recommend going there for a fast and painless experience.

Working with Chase Payne was a great car buying experience. He wasn't pushy and didn't give me that feeling of uneasiness that you get at most dealerships. I appreciate the respect he gave me during the entire time I was there making the decision to buy my car.
