Truck was not filled after having been told three times that it was going to be filled. This led to much confusion concerning the fuel mileage which I had believed the truck to have.

I bought my 2001 Explorer Sport Trac at Five Star Ford 15 years ago and had a great experience! When it came time to get a new vehicle I brought that very same car back to Five Star to trade. I didn't even consider going to another dealership and I was not disappointed. The first person I encountered during my visit was Randall Swindell. Randall was very informative and low key. I really appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy about a sale. When I returned two days later with a purchase in mind Randall was not working and I was greeted by his partner, Diron Lintz. Diron had the same sales style as Randall. He was there to help me and work out the details of the sale I had discussed with Randall. The sale went without a hitch and I feel I got a very fair price. I also spoke with Sam O'Reggio in aftermarket sales who described the products available, again with no pressure. My final contact was finance manager Tut Edwards. While working out the financial details I was treated to the Tutman Experience. Tut was very informative as well as funny and entertaining. In closing, I would highly recommend this dealership! They make car buying easy and you will love the experience!

i applied on line. which i never had did. but let me tell you i have never had a more smooth experience in my life. it wasn't a long wait it was in and out so quickly. it was amazing. David & Myron i Thank You!!!! you both was fantistic.
