Pedro Soares was our Service Advisor, and he was extremely helpful with questions about my MPP prior to my visit. He was also prompt about updating me on the status of my car while it was there. He even resolved one of the issues with my radio just from having a conversation with my husband when we first got there to drop my car for service (oil change, tire rotation and an issue with A/C System). Great experience!

This is the 2nd F150 I have purchased from Five Star Ford. My sales person for both purchases was Alfred El-Darazi. Alfred did a great job helping me understand the features of the truck. He listened to my questions, was very respectful and worked with me to get a good price.
